2. Minor Variance Application applications:
a. A 1/2020 Owner: Remi and Jeannine Foisy, 200 Church Street. The purpose of the variance is to allow for an Interior Side Yard Setback of 4 Feet instead of the required 13.12 Feet as per Zoning By-Law 2012-49 in a Residential, First Density Zone at 200 Church Street in the Hamlet of Bonfield, on Part of Lot 10, Concession 7.
