Workplan for 2023
With the 2023 Capital and Operating Budget adopted, Council and staff are now implementing the workplans. Please see the attachments for the General Government and Public Works.
There are several projects slated to be completed by year end, including the capital works, reviewing policies and procedures and seeking community input for new policies. Council, with staff and community support, will create a strategic plan for our Township. This will set goals that will direct operations and projects for at least 5 years into the future. There will be consultation on the trailer and short-term rental issues in the community as well so any policy implementation will take affect for spring 2024.
The Township will have social media accounts in September, once the policy is adopted, so please watch our website for that announcement then follow our pages to stay updated on our progress for 2023. In just a few months we’ll start planning for 2024 and any ideas and constructive feedback are welcomed.
