Notice of Decision for Bylaws from the May 13th, 2025 Council Meeting.
After the March 18th, 2025 Townhall Meeting, the bylaws were reviewed at the March 25th, 2025 Council Meeting. Council paused the bylaws to provide for additional public input until April 21st, 2025 at the Corporate Services Meeting. The public were encouraged to contact a Council member(s) to provide their concerns and to continue to submit their questions so the Frequently Asked Questions page could be updated with the answers.
With the public consultation period now ended, at the April 21st,2025 Corporate Services Meeting, delegations and all comments were reviewed. The Committee then made recommendations to Council for amendments and instructed Staff to obtain legal advice.
