RV’s and Trailers: Council and staff have heard there is some confusion in the community about RVs and trailers. To clarify the current bylaws do not permit a RV or trailer to be on vacant land; any vacant land, any where in the Township. Council is considering changing this rule and have reviewed a number of documents, but Bonfield’s bylaw has not been drafted to date. We expect it completed in June then there be one more opportunity for public comment. Keep an eye out on the agendas for June if this is of interest to you. These proposed new rules do not apply if you have a house on your property, it’s for certain vacant lands.
