Costs

This is a FREE event for community members to attend.
There is a $25 registration fee, due once a business has been confirmed as a participant.
Residents of Bonfield and businesses based in Bonfield will be refunded their $25 registration fee at the event.

How to Register:

Fill out the Application Form and submit it to officeclerk@bonfieldtownship.com
Successful applicants will be notified via email once their application has been approved.

Paying the Registration Fee:

Payment can be made via e-transfer to officeclerk@bonfieldtownship.com, or at the Township Office via cash, cheque, debit or credit. Credit card payments can be processed over the phone with 1.5% surcharge.

Event Details for Businesses:

Each participant will have an allocated 8 x 10 space with a table and chairs for product display and engagement. Tables will be clearly marked for each vendor on the day of the Trade Show.
Vendors are encouraged to bring examples of their work, promotional materials, and items for sale within their booth.
Venue doors open at 8 am, providing ample setup time for businesses.
Coffee and tea will be provided throughout the event to keep you energized, with food available for purchase from the Bonfield & District Lion’s Club.
After the event concludes, kindly ensure your designated space is cleared of personal belongings.
There is a $25 registration fee, due once a business has been confirmed as a participant.
Residents of Bonfield and businesses based in Bonfield will be refunded their $25 deposit at the event.
Failure to attend will result in the forfeiture of the registration fee.
