Costs
- This is a FREE event for community members to attend.
- There is a $25 registration fee, due once a business has been confirmed as a participant.
- Residents of Bonfield and businesses based in Bonfield will be refunded their $25 registration fee at the event.

- A delicious feast prepared by the Bonfield & District Lions Club will be available for purchase.
How to Register:
- Fill out the Application Form and submit it to officeclerk@bonfieldtownship.com
- Successful applicants will be notified via email once their application has been approved.
Paying the Registration Fee:
- Payment can be made via e-transfer to officeclerk@bonfieldtownship.com, or at the Township Office via cash, cheque, debit or credit. Credit card payments can be processed over the phone with 1.5% surcharge.
Event Details for Businesses:
- Each participant will have an allocated 8 x 10 space with a table and chairs for product display and engagement. Tables will be clearly marked for each vendor on the day of the Trade Show.
- Vendors are encouraged to bring examples of their work, promotional materials, and items for sale within their booth.
- Venue doors open at 8 am, providing ample setup time for businesses.
- Coffee and tea will be provided throughout the event to keep you energized, with food available for purchase from the Bonfield & District Lion’s Club.
- After the event concludes, kindly ensure your designated space is cleared of personal belongings.
- There is a $25 registration fee, due once a business has been confirmed as a participant.
- Residents of Bonfield and businesses based in Bonfield will be refunded their $25 deposit at the event.
- Failure to attend will result in the forfeiture of the registration fee.
